🕒 Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 days, please contact your bank or credit card company before reaching out to us at support@holywho.shop.
🔁 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at support@holywho.shop with your order number and a photo of the issue.
